How do I register for the GLOBALG.A.P. SUMMIT 2018?

Simply click here, chose your ticket(s) and proceed with the registration process and payment.

What is the conference language?

The conference language is English. In the Plenary Hall, simultaneous translation will be available in Spanish.

What does the conference ticket cost?

Regular Ticket Price

GLOBALG.A.P. Members get a 300 € discount on the regular price. Ask for your discount code if you are a member.

Can I pay for the conference ticket online?

Yes, you can. The amount will be invoiced online at the end of the registration process. Payment is possible by credit card.

Can I pay by PayPal?

Unfortunately, payment via PayPal is not possible.

How do I get my conference ticket?

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. We will then email you your invoice and conference pass for printing at home. Once your payment goes through, you are officially registered.

I am not a GLOBALG.A.P. Member. Can I attend the member dinner?

Unfortunately not. The member dinner is a benefit that only GLOBALG.A.P. Members can enjoy. If you’re interested in becoming a GLOBALG.A.P. Member, you can learn more here.
But you are very welcome to join the conference dinner, which is open to ALL our conference delegates!

Is the conference dinner included in my conference ticket price?

No, it isn’t. The conference dinner must be booked separately and costs 165 euros. Be sure to tick the box on the registration form to join. We’ve got something special planned, so be sure not to miss it!

What is the dress code for the dinners?

The dress code for both the conference and member dinner is business casual.

I forgot to register for the conference dinner. Can I still do that?

Yes, of course. Simply select the ticket at www.summit2018.org/tickets and follow the regsitration process. You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation.

Can I transfer my conference ticket to another person?

Yes, you can, but only within your company. Requests to transfer a conference ticket must be sent to the SUMMIT 2018 organization office via email or fax. A transfer processing fee of €30 will be charged.

If I cancel my registration, will I get a refund?

Yes, but that depends on when you cancel.

Cancellations before 30 June 2018
Cancellations received by GLOBALG.A.P. before or on 30 June 2018 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the invoiced amount plus a 30 € processing fee.

Cancellations before 30 September 2018
Cancellations received by GLOBALG.A.P. before or on 30 September 2018 will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee on the invoiced amount plus a 30 € processing fee.

Cancellations after 30 September 2018
Cancellations received by GLOBALG.A.P. after 30 September 2018 will not be eligible for a refund and will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the invoiced amount.

No refunds will be made for no-shows.

How is the parking situation in the Westin? Capacity? Costs? Valet Parking?

The hotel counts with many parking spaces available for event participants (more than 150). We have a flat rate of S/. 25 per day, which is around $8 US Dollars per day. They also offer a valet parking service in the main entrance with an additional cost.

Can I become an exhibitor at the conference?

Of course, you can. All sponsors have an exhibitor space reserved for them in the networking area. You can see the sponsoring options we have on offer here at http://www.summit2018.org/sponsorship/

Can I become an exhibitor without sponsoring?

No, unfortunately not. Due to the limited space in the networking area, exhibit space is reserved exclusively for the SUMMIT 2018 sponsors.
