Adam Shaw is one of the most recognizable faces of business journalism on television. He currently presents CNBC’s Internet of Things: Powering the Economy, investigating how digital innovation is reshaping industries by disrupting existing business and operating models. He previously presented the BBC World News series, Horizons, which looked at how new technologies will change the way we live in future decades. It was one of the most watched shows on BBC World, viewed by millions across the globe each week. During his career and for this series he has interviewed most of the chief executives of the world’s biggest companies – from Bill Ford to Bill Gates.

Adam also regularly presents ITV’s Tonight programme – Britain’s best watched current affairs series – and he can frequently be heard presenting Radio 4’s Money Box and Money Box Live. He has previously presented many editions of BBC One’s Panorama, was the senior business presenter on Radio 4’s Today programme and presented Radio 4’s Financial World Tonight and Radio 5’s Wake Up To Money. For many years, he was one of the key presenting faces of the long-running hit BBC Two series Working Lunch.

Adam Shaw moderated the GLOBALG.A.P. SUMMIT 2016 in Amsterdam, and will be moderating this year’s GLOBALG.A.P. Conference in Lima, Peru.
